Hi, I’m Edom (pronounced é-dome) :)

I was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and grew sort of up all-over. I’m a full time art director in the pursuit of genuine portrayal and diverse perspectives when it comes to creating. I’m fortunate to be learning from talented creatives at Ogilvy Chicago working with brands like CDW, SC Johnson, and Tyson brands.

When i’m not directing art, I’m making art..

I’m a self taught artist and started painting portraits in 2015. I love to paint, as it allows me to reflect on my life as well as experiment in portraying complex collective experiences. It allows to connect to myself and the world at large.
